Rob has spent the last 25 years managing recruitment for Intertek, a global, FTSE 100-listed company that works with clients around the world in auditing, inspection, sourcing, training and testing.
Combining Rob’s recruitment experience with the industry knowledge already held in the office is proving to be the perfect combination.
What are your day-to-day responsibilities with Advocate?
Generating new opportunities, and placing Supply Teachers in positions across the North East.

Incredibly friendly, and professional organisation which is totally focused on quality, compliance and service.
What are you looking forward to achieving with Advocate?
Assisting Advocate to become the supplier of choice within the local education arena.
We deal with lots of candidates, what impresses you about a candidate? Methodical approach to problem solving, loving what they do and their commitment to achieving the highest level of development for the children under their care.
I find it hard to say no . . .
because I want to achieve the highest level of service and commitment to the Schools and Teachers we deal with.
